Focusing his practice primarily on estate planning and administration, Charles B. Hadad is a partner at The Lynch Law Group, LLC. Charles manages the firm's office in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, and chairs the firm's Estates and Trust Group. He provides representation to clients throughout the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan area, including Washington, Westmoreland, Butler and Allegheny counties. He has helped prepare decedents' final income tax returns as well as federal estate and gift tax returns and Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax returns. Outside of the estate area, Attorney Hadad frequently serves as a business and corporate advisor for entrepreneurs and business owners and assisting them with their day-to-day needs including formation, governance, contract review, and sale or acquisition.
Charles is frequently asked to deliver presentations to continuing legal education attendees and other groups on topics related to estate planning and administration. He majored in both history and business administration at the University of Pittsburgh, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in 2002. His legal education was obtained at what was then known as the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor with distinction in 2006.
