Kristin is a lifelong resident of the Delaware Valley, and enjoys serving the community in which she grew up. Kristin specializes in selling in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, and The Main Line. After graduating from Penn State University in 2003, Kristin leapt right into a career as a REALTOR® and has been successfully building her database of satisfied clients ever since.
Kristin is a graduate of the Realtors' Institute and has served on the Professional Ethics Committee for the Suburban West REALTORS® Association. She has also completed her Accredited Buyer Representative and E-Pro designations. Kristin has closed over 1,500 home sale transactions, with a sales volume that has increased every year; a true testament to her work ethic and dedication to a “client first” philosophy. Kristin received the "Five Star Realtor Award” through Philadelphia Magazine in 2011-2024, consecutively. Kristin receives the “Top Agent” Award in her office consistently, putting her in the top tier of producers in the Keller Williams offices on the East Coast.
